1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to WebsiterDesigner.com.pk are non-refundable. We encourage our clients to review project requirements thoroughly and communicate clearly before initiating any service. Once a payment has been made, it is considered final.

2. Domain & Hosting Access Policy

We do not provide access to Domain and Hosting control panels (Cpanel) during the first year of service. All required updates, uploads, and changes will be managed by our technical team to ensure security and integrity of your website.

After one year, access can be transferred upon request, depending on the service agreement and package terms.

3. Service Scope

We offer digital services including, but not limited to:

• Logo and branding design

• Website development

• SEO and digital marketing

• Content creation and management

Clients are advised to confirm the scope, delivery timeline, and specifications before initiating any project.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide complete, accurate, and timely information required for successful project execution. Delays in providing required materials may affect delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, websites, and content developed by WebsiterDesigner.com.pk remain the property of the company.

6. Revisions & Support

We offer a limited number of revisions as specified in each service package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Support for technical issues is available based on your package and within the maintenance period, if applicable.

7. Changes to Terms

WebsiterDesigner.com.pk reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
